The agreement between you and SolveGate, Inc. for use of the API, dashboard, and related services.
By creating a workspace or sending a request to our API, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.
You're responsible for your workspace, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep keys secret, rotate them if exposed, and use the live/test split appropriately. You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract.
SolveGate accepts a sitekey and target URL and returns a single-use token for a cleared Cloudflare Turnstile or Turnstile WAF challenge. Tokens are short-lived and intended for immediate use.
We don't guarantee that any specific challenge will be solvable, that a token will be accepted by a third party, or that a target's behavior won't change. The service is provided for the supported gates only.
Credits are prepaid at the rates shown on the pricing page. One credit is spent per successful solve; failed solves are not billed.
Taxes are your responsibility where applicable. Except where required by law, fees already incurred are non-refundable; mis-solves billed in error are credited on request.
Your use is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. Violating it is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension.
Paid plans carry the uptime commitment described on our status page and in your order. Apart from that, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveGate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for how you use the tokens we return. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You can close your workspace any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, do.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it. The current version is always the one on this page.
