Acceptable Use Policy

01Authorized targets only

Every solve you request must be against a target you own, operate, or have written authorization to test or automate. This includes your own sites, staging environments, monitoring checks, and engagements where the property owner has granted you permission.

02Prohibited uses

You may not use SolveGate, directly or indirectly, to:

• Commit fraud, payment fraud, account takeover, or credential stuffing against any third party.
• Create fake accounts, inflate engagement, or evade abuse controls on services you don't own.
• Send spam, distribute malware, or facilitate phishing.
• Scrape or access third-party systems in violation of their terms, robots directives, or applicable law.
• Circumvent access controls on data you have no right to.
• Do anything illegal in the jurisdictions you or your targets operate in.

03Volume & fair use

Rate limits are set per plan. Don't attempt to bypass them, share keys to pool limits across unrelated parties, or resell raw solve capacity as your own undifferentiated service without a written agreement.

Sustained traffic that destabilizes a target you don't own is abuse regardless of volume.

04Your responsibility

We provide the solve; how you apply the returned token is on you. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of the sites you interact with and with all laws that apply to your use.

Tokens are single-use and short-lived. Requesting a token does not grant you any right to the target you point it at.

05Enforcement

We investigate reports and anomalous patterns. Confirmed abuse results in:

• Immediate revocation of the offending API keys.
• Suspension or termination of the workspace.
• Cooperation with lawful requests where we are legally required to respond.

We may suspend access first and ask questions after where we believe there's active harm. Report abuse to abuse@solvegate.io.
