Which channel to use

Three addresses, and they are not interchangeable — the one you pick decides who reads it first and how quickly.

Sales

Volume above the largest published pack, committed terms, invoicing and procurement. Published rates run from $0.40 per 1,000 solves down to $0.075 at volume, and the pricing page shows the whole curve — so this is the right channel when the answer is not already on it.

Security and abuse

Vulnerability reports and reports of the service being used against a target its operator did not authorise. Both are read the same day. What we will and will not clear is set out in the acceptable use policy, and a report naming a target is acted on rather than filed.

General

Everything else — whether a specific gate is in scope, what a response field means, or whether the thing you are looking at is Turnstile at all. The API reference answers most of these faster than we can, and the error index covers the codes.

Before you write

Two things make a reply useful instead of a round trip. If you already have an API key, open a ticket from the dashboard rather than emailing: tickets arrive attached to your workspace, so we can see the keys, the recent solves and the exact request without asking you to paste them. And if a specific solve failed, send the solve id — every response carries one, and it is the difference between us reading your logs and guessing at them.

For anything time-sensitive, check the status page first. It is computed from real solve traffic rather than a schedule, so a degradation we have already detected is visible there before an email would reach anyone. Changes to the service itself are dated in the changelog.

We reply within one business day, and sales enquiries usually much faster. There is no phone number and no live chat — a written answer that names the endpoint, the error code and the fix is worth more here than a fast one that does not.
